One thing I noticed here in the States is that there are a lot of picky eaters. "I don't like this ...I don't eat thaaaat." Jeez, it's food, people. Unless it's burgers you never know what to cook if you invite people over.

Try this one:
Boil them in water until they are almost done and then "Schnitzel" them, meaning put em in flour, then in egg yolk, then roll em in bread crumbs, then fry em. Yum yum.
