nice little commentary. the UT series would be much better served keeping characters like Malcolm and the other original gang central.. reaper and the revenge story does seem a bit "emo spiderman".

I expected to see actuals comics, not screencaps with voice bubbles on top. Oh, it's sorta funny and makes its point, but in the end, fail.

I have a good mind to refute your post in form of a witty scathing set of screen caps with speech bubbles, crotale.

Heh, the comic alone is funny and the ping pong analogy is also fitting (something out of Balls Of Fury).

Speaking of Escapist, I can't wait for Yahtzee to do a "review" of UT3. :)

You bet! Keep it civil and you've always got our ear.

BS.Keep it positive ONLY is more like it.Act like a brainwashed sheeple and u and your posts can stay, express any constructive criticism in a mature and sugar coated fashion and we will release our failboat frustrations on you.

The comic was spot on and quite amusing even though the I hope Epic never tries to do a SP campaign again.Instant action is plenty.Make any type of storyline a console exclusive in the future.

The PC'ers I know play for the MP only and judging by the games success obviously many things went wrong so MP needs most of the attention in the future imo.

Gameplay>eyecandy.Try building a game and levels that focus on the fun factor instead of showing off the engine's capabilities. That's what tech demos are for.DOn't show me the howbadass the engine is.I know it already and I doubt me or any of my friends will interested in a license.

I am wondering if Epic's efforts(using that loosely)are even worth it.I think it's too late and no matter how many band-aids they come out with I do not think it will bring players in.People have seen that "demo"(again loosely) and they think that's the game.Even if they do give it a chance they see the near empty browser and move on to another game.
