Welcome! I've just upgraded from the 14.04 LTS to 15.10 Ubuntu, and obviously, readded the MacBuntu mod to it (after all GNOME kind of looks like the OSX style desktop already, so that was an easy mod). However, I agree... With how Windows 10 has been, even though I do like it, I felt that having that "Mac/Linux" side of me, I kinda needed that second OS to fall on. KDE's good, too, thought about that, but...that would have felt like Windows in Linux mode, and seeing that I kind of wanted to pretend that to have a Mac, well...yeah.
