Can I mention GNOME's brilliant integration? I just started using some new things:
This shot led me to cleaning up my desktop. I moved my SSH links to networkservers (which was originally in the new 'Places' menu for gnome 2.10) and made a link to that instead on my desktop as you can see. I resized some icons and took the screenshot. Now in the screenshot dialog, I just typed hoary.png and clicked the dropdown list... it listed the SSH server on g-lite.kochen.nl. *click* *poof* Yay!
Edit: So BU doesn't thumbnail, created one myself. Unfortunatly, The GIMP doesn't support the same thing from the screenshot dialog when saving. It was still a matter of only opening the ssh server in the file browser and dragging it though.
