TEXTURE SIZE <64 MB

HI,
IF I SAVE TEXTURE PACKAGE WITH DIMENSION >64 MB WHEN I PLAY LEVEL THE FRAME RATE IS NO GOOD AND LEVEL "TRIP".
CAN I TO DO TO USE PACKAGE FILE WITH SIZE UP TO 64 MB?
