I've just made a futuristic dish.

Ingredients:

2 Eggs
2 Slices of cheese
1 Tomato
1 Cucumber
Salt, black pepper... etc

Cut the tomato and cucumber and throw everything in the frying pan for a few minutes with some oil (or whatever you call it).

It's too damn delicious, not sure about the fried cucumber but the taste was awesome.

Try it and if you didn't like it then there's something wrong you've done.

Once in a while I can have a small amount tuna mixed in a salad, but usually it ranges one the same level as Fish&Chips....yuck. I had it only once in Great Britain in a coastal town named Eastbourne...the rest was for the seagulls.

replace tuna in brine with tuna in spring water, and mayo with salad cream, add some sweetcorn and lettuce and you've got a tasty sandwich.

I don't eat tuna with brine, that's just the only good picture of John West tuna I could find. But they have lots of different tuna cans.
