Personaly, I dont care about genres of bands, because I enjoy music for what it is, not for what corner it's been thrown into. the whole term nu metal means little to none to me (If I heard it twice before, I'd be suprised), and I very much care more about the music itself.
The guitars might be more or less over the top, but they can easily be done with a normal (though electric) guitar, and trust me, I know.
Song titles say nothing about a song itself, but the songs itself could in fact be seen as angsty, even if I do not agree on it entirely. I see it as that they are things the band members have experienced, feelings they have had. Based on real life, if you know what I mean. If this is not true, then give me some form of evidence that this is comnpletely untrue.
Dont go thinking I hate people for taste, because I don't. I respect people's tastes as long as it's not completely stupid and blind. (Which is actualy not that rare a thing, 99 percent of hiphop/R&B is too dumb for me to respect it)
Even if you make the sarcastic and completely useless comments on this thread, you can make a good one on another, and I won't base my awnser on this thread.
