Ok, so we have seen some of the baddest. Now let's see some of the sexiest computers here. I know I have seen many random pics of your computers in Off Topic, but now is your chance to properly show them off.

Here is mine. The first pic is the original, but I don't turn the front lights on because they are too fruity colored, and I haven't figered out how to change the bulbs yet. I did all the work myself, even the painting (no stickers here! well, i guess there is one sticker...) and all the dremel work too. Let me tell you, using a Dremel and those flimsy cutting discs SUCKED. That can't be the best way to cut a hole in your case. Getting a curved line was a major pain in the ass. Anyways, it was a lot of work but I really like how it turned out. If you know how to cut a case window better than me let me know! I would like to do another one someday.

- Custom Paint Job, color change flames and Q3 logo done by me (lots and lots of taping)

Nice case. I the the U cut in the side of the case. Mine isn't that fancy. I don't even have a good camera to take a picture with.

OMG _Zd_Bee_ , nice work! :tup: I love the lights underneath the case. What did you use to cut the "U" with?

Brizz, I found a big pic of the unreal logo, outlined it w/ Photoshop and printed it. Then I cut it out of paper and traced it onto the case panel, then cut it with the dremel. It was not a very effient process in the least

I want to cut something like that into the window on my case so I can stick a fat 120mm fan behind it. My guess, though, is that I will have to do what you did also but make it the size of the fan so that it will look right.

I wouldn't call it sexy, but I managed to cram an entire MicroATX system, complete with hard drive, inside a full ATX mobo cardboard box. There are holes in the box top to allow the video card and CPU heatsink to stick out, and holes in the back to connect the monitor, keyboard, and USB devices. The only thing that's outside is the power supply, and of course, the stuff that isn't inside a computer case to begin with... I'm not able to capture a picture of it at this time, but I will have one shortly!

Eventually I plan to make a custom wooden case for this that will be larger than that cardboard box, smaller than a minitower case, yet still be able to fit everything, including the PS and maybe even a DVD/CD-RW combo drive.

For those in the US, most Radio Shacks carry bags full of that black wire wrap at a reasonable price. I've also noticed Best Buy is starting to get into the sale of case mod supplies and tools.
