The armour is well done, but the head...dosen't look right.
The hair for a start, and the chin/neck area. It's less noticable on Necris Selket though...
If this is just a skin and not a model fair enough, but the head is really putting me off.

Random Elite: It's a skin for the Diva/Memphis model that comes with the game. As with the rest of the crit, I'm not really sure where you're getting at that ... are you talking about the lighting scheme? If so, it's more likely caused by the light setup when I rendered the HUD portrait in 3DS Max. I've always rendered HUD portraits in Max, usually with a little bit of experimentation.
