Remus based skin -Finished-

Now I'm off to skin something new. It's based on the Remus model and it's still big WIP.

I've masked off more than 1 3rd of the texture but the outcome is looking good IMO.

Thanks. Yeah been too long since I last made something new and got it released.

Yeah SaD's new feature is great.

No, no pouches, he's gonna be as slim as possible. I think all those extra add-ons makes him look too weird with this new armor.

I found the courage and started skinning his head. So far it's a nice outcome for a first try on a new style of painting, using colors and palettes. Going for a mask and a non-mask version for this skin.
Update on some armor parts too, I like his wrist armor due to its form and possibilities with it.

Also I need to learn to paint hair, but there's a time for everything

Hehe klasnic, I was thinking of making human eyes those are just meant as temporary ones. But if you like them I'll give you a version with such things. Like that Necris dude from UT'99 who had such eyes
I was actually trying to make such ones when I dumped it for improving the face instead

normal eyes are definitaly better, but you can make a second face with that

face 1 - before meeting gorge
face 2 - afterwards....

Time for some update:


I've been fiddling with the hair and the outcome is very dark and hard to see details. It will be brighter later on. I still need to make some details on where the hair starts to make it more realistic than how it is now.

I reckon a little slit down the middle of the red eye (like a cat's) would look even cooler, rex

[EDIT] One thing to look out for, rex that I've just noticed is the lighting on the eyes should be in the same direction (not reflected)

Yeah I still need to get some practice on the reflections. It's the first pair of eyes I've ever painted(except theory's pure dark one). But I'll fix that ASAP...
