You know, from back in the frantic playing days or so.
Well, here are some of mine.

Stumbled upon an old unrealtournament.ini (seven years, so that's starting to count) and came up with this list of my once favourite servers.

Was I heavily into coop and monsterhunt back in those days.

Let's see if how many you recognize =)

I actually miss some of those servers :-/ So much has changed, but yeah it's been a long time. There's what... three-four coop servers left. One or two running for Xidia/onp coop. Hardly anyone left, though. And ,nowadays I only play once in a blue moon.

Used to have lots of fun playing on Frantic and Xtra's (always silly stuff iiirc, like building gigantic table towers etc. good server).
Hey look, Skillz is in there. What do you know!
And yeah, ONP coop was quite entertaining as well.Nostalgia ONP. Some crazy stuff there. Admin spawned a package of goodies and ehhh.. well.. it wasn't really challenging or anything. You'd have tons of health and stuff, mainly ...doing goofy stuff but .. in operation napali! (real fun started from level 20 and so on imho)
The UT lity one was probably with respawning legions of monsters and permanent decal. Bad for the rig, but great screenshot material
[cshp]wes15 was something else. I recall people saying it starting out great, but by 2003/4 there were many idiots playing there and messing up the game for everyone else. Good thing 3s was around then. (but it looks we were testing out excessive unreal, which was just pure insanity. Worked fine though.)

So, how about you? How deep can you dig? (Hell, I can dig up some stuff from 2001/2 but .. it's just not as varied as this)

I have a few hundred servers added to my fav-List in UT but only 5 - 10% of them are online today.. :(

I remember Organge.net having nice iDOM servers with 4 teams which were full most of the time at evening. remember *the future is bright, the future is orange*?
Man, consider a four team game with four members each team, playing instagib DOM on a map like Lament, that was the fastest **** i ever played

I used to spend a lot of time on the Wes-15 U coop server long ago.

I recognize another one of those also. It is still up and running in the next room !
Has new IP now. It should be in the CoopServers tab along with a few others.

I remember the good old days where you could play 24/7 on packed servers at Unreal Playground and TheGamebox.net. I even remember the Cain's Lair server before he abandoned UT for other games.

Schwantz's Redeemer Arena {SRA} was one of the first redeemer-only-mod servers I ever played on. It alone influenced my UT gaming, forum and servers more than any other UT server. It was by far my #1 favorite server that I ever played on and when I first joined the group there, you could not have asked for a better, more respectful, more massive crowd of fun loving fraggers ever! It was the best of times and lasted that way for years on end until he finally decided to move on and he shut it down. Not good times. Great times!

I don't see nba lowgrav insta on there, but it was one of my absolute favorites. Hashing out 15 minutes on CTF-BarnBurner for a single cap was amazing. I always hated that most insta servers were 135/155 speed, which is a joke. It takes more skill to win at insta on normal speed, and MUCH more when it's lowgrav and every dodge or jump is a commitment to a non-variable path that makes you easy to shoot.

I always wonder what happened to Ommy, too. He was the only other player I ever knew who always, always took the flag in CTF like I did. Pure, 100% offense. There's no other way to play.

Drew from TNN clan still pops up here and there sometimes.
