Recommendations for some good VCTF maps for UT2K4.

I'm still relatively new to Unreal Tournament games, my first exposure to them being on the consoles (first for me was Unreal Tournament for the PS2, then Unreal Championship for the Xbox). I just recently got into UT99 and UT2K4 for the PC and I have to say I wish I had these games sooner. I'm having a blast with them. :)

That being said, aside from downloading the essential files mentioned in the wiki on this site, finding more quality maps has been a bit hard. Especially so in regards to VCTF maps for UT2K4. The only VCTF map that I do have comes from the UCMP2 map pack.

Aside from the map that comes with that map pack, are there any other VCTF maps you'd recommend to someone who's relatively new to UT2K4?

I gave those a try and I have to say I liked them despite their simplicity. I mean that in a good way, of course. :p They reminded me of the deathmatch levels found in Red Faction 2 (which I loved). Thanks for the suggestions. :)

Hefty downloads are no problem for me. I have two hard drives, each with 300 - 320 Gigs worth of space. :D

Also, I tried both Garden and CrashFlight (or was it CrashFight?) and I have to say that I was very impressed. The size of the maps makes me feel like I'm in a war (which I love). I look forward to seeing more conversions from you in the future. Thanks for the recommendations. :)

Does anyone still have links to VCTF maps that were for the UT2004 FragBU's? Those were pretty good maps but sadly I had to reformat the drive (yet again) and can't find them anymore...

Sorry for the late reply. Been busy with college as well as had some PC issues. My 9800 GT finally gave up the ghost and I upgraded to a GTS 250. :) Thanks again for the map suggestions. These are gonna keep me busy for a while. :D
