p.s. They call assasin Natasha Novikov on news; is same as calling current president of USA Barry Obammie....
Wait ... you're saying that Barry Obammie isn't the president of the USA ?
It can't be Obama bin Laden can it ? ;)

Bioshock + Timeshift = good ?

They'd definitely have some explaining to do as to why the player (= american pilot ?) is the one with access to the weapon/gadget.
(let me guess ... he's the only one the mysterious guy can trust after the assassination-attempt ... yeah right)

Then again ... picking a Russian character would probably alienate them yanks a bit too much. (sad ... but probably true)

Wait and see. The mechanics can definitely be interesting although one does wonder how they'll prevent the player from trying to use it on everything (let me guess : anti-time-fields ?).

Why do all female assassins always look like supermodels? Not complaining really, but you'd think they'd go for someone less conspicuous.

The realtime shifting of the level between past (pre-apocolypse?) and present/future was a really interesting effect. That could open up some very interesting gameplay possibilities if done right.

It looks like it's worth keeping an eye on.

Am I the only one who thinks that "Intruder!" yell is the same one the Stroggs would yell in Quake 2? Maybe I'm just going crazy.

a (good) Bioshock-clone would be infinitely more interesting than a bad new IP ...

Steal with pride.

Why does everyone keep comparing this game to Bioshock? There were PLENTY of games before Bioshock that offered the same if not better experience (System Shock anyone?). And the mysterious guy talking on the radio reminds me of Penumbra, but it's still something that you can see in other older games. So regardless where they took ideas from, if they fail to do it right no one will be playing it. So far it looks like I won't be.

It shows some potential, the entire time element just isn't a very new thing at this point. (unless they do something new that's cool)
The entire association with Bioshock thing is a bit dumb. The moment a game now shares elements with another game it's suddenly a clone or rip-off. Let us not wait and judge the game by its merits before we go draw premature conclusions about which games it is ripping off/cloning from.
