P.S. My Server is a wimp, so don't be angry if this 250K file comes at you at 1.2kb/second.

To install:


Place the *.umod file ANYWHERE on your system and double-click the icon.

If double-clicking the .umod launches the 'Open With' dialog box, your
file associations for UT are not set up. To work around this either:

Re-install UT to create the file associations.

OR

Copy the umod into your X:\UnrealTournament\system folder and run the
installer from the Start>Run dialog as follows:
"X:\UnrealTournament\system\setup install modname.umod"

This .umad will also add the "Severpackage=BossSkins_PuF" line to your ut.ini file.

Any chance of getting a modification done without the stupid boss robot skin? That (your boss skin) looks good (the PuF could be bigger) - but EVERYONE and their brother runs around with it, and the voice is annoying.

Sorry, that's my opinion. It's too damn easy for every one to get just by adding a little line in the user.ini. Makes it worthless.

Is this skin going to work on-line. I thought that the server had to have a copy of the skin for other people to see it.

I'll use it anyway. See what happens. We should custom it ourselves so we all have our names on the back a la football (soccer).

That would be very cool... Too bad they the server has to have it. It'd be nice if it worked the other way around (but then you got virus issues) - where if the client has a custom skin, before he joins, it uploads to the server (granted the skin wouldnt take effect until the next match when everyone else would have to download it).

The Skin is great, the voice is annoying and th PuF is too small. But I couldn't have made it better /~unreal/ubb/html/smile.gif. I don't know if anyone cares about this, but could you probably add team colors to it (or tell me how to do that)?

cool skin, i like it, it may be simple, but hey, it looks fine to me. The only thing i think we should have is 2 skins for it. One skin done on one of the female models, and one say.... on the soldier.

You know what would rock Liz? If you made a PuF skin for all the models, and also made a skin with "inverse colors" so you could distinguish between teams (so the "blue" team's skin would have blue as the dominant color, and the "red" would have that orage as the dominant color). I also agree that the PuF and the logo on the back could be a bit bigger, other than that its wicked /~unreal/ubb/html/smile.gif
