UE2 - UT2kX Proper way to import DDS with #exec TEXTURE IMPORT

I am doing something wrong again.... :lol:

So this is the line I use to bring the compiler to a general fault
#exec texture IMPORT NAME=hellfire-newnew-2 FILE=textures\hellfire-newnew-2.dds

#EXEC OBJ LOAD FILE=ziplabsXwarmonk.utx

I can get it to compile without
#EXEC OBJ LOAD FILE=ziplabsXwarmonk.utx

Would love for the compiler to handle skins so I do not have to fire up Ued and import into the utx file.
