I like the idea, but I think it won't work in reality
1) Why would anyone press the 'surrender'-key instead of dropping a grenade (and killing himself & probably his soon-to-be captors) ?
Solution : as 'death' in Infiltration in reality is either 'incapacitated or 'really dead', I think using this as the base for determining whether someone can be captured is a better idea.
2) awarding captures to a player ...
bad idea, not only would you get the 'he stole my capture'-comments, but you wouldn't reward the players providing back-up for the captor ...
I'd suggest you give the captures to the team instead.
3) 'prison area' :
I think that isn't needed. The team simply has to find a suitable spot to guard the captured players with as few men possible ...
Kosovo & EP have some 'natural' prisons.
4) returning weapons/loadout :
no, the captured players simply take the weapons from their teammates or guards ...
Unless a map featured a 'armory' were the players could re-equip themselves. To use this feature would require special maps, or a 'random' location where the loadout for the player would be dropped ...
