Im having problems. Guy has been harrasing me and my clan. He is posting Home and cell numbers of people in my clan and much more for person reasons i cant post. Im looking for atleast a master server ban if not im ordering a lawsuit, and calling the cops. How do i go about master server ban ?

That's a real life problem. The fact that you know each other by means of the game is not cheating and is no way related to banning. Go for a lawsuit.
