new XMP player...need help!

I are teh n00b, but... methinks Deus_Ex needs the 7710 patch. I had the same problemo when I first loaded XMP a few weeks back.

Also, for finding servers, the first thing someone said to try was All Seeing Eye. It works sweet, but the newer ones sux cuz Yahoo bought them out. I got an old one luckily, and I just turned off the auto-update so it doesn't install the Yahoo one. I don't know what else to use besides ASE. Is X-fire any good if you don't have any friends/buddies added to it yet? For a new player that wouldn't work.

All ready got the patch and liek u say Allseening eye works sweet , but i till get this prolem apart from xfire i havent tryed it cos none of the Xfire lsit dont play it

Deus_Ex man, did you install any map packs? I thinky I had a similar problem after I installed the CXP map pack.

Ooh, I think Beavis is right. Is you check back through really old posts (Nope, I'm not doing it ), I think the CXP did mess things up for some people.

not sure m8 ill take a look cos i had to download some maps off 1 of the server s while trying to connect to them, ya could be right thro

Delete CXP.U from your U2XMP\System folder.
