ah yes the dreaded ghost in the email bug. If I were to guess I'd check Rex what the max size for an attachment in your own email is. I have gmail but never use it as it can only handle 10MB while my other can handle really big ones or SaD if you have a junk email filter maybe they're going in there?Only other solution they're drifting around the internet and may be delivered in a few years

I've sent it WITH an attachment too but did you get that?
Else I'm going to split it in 2 seperate .rar files(thos where you need both to open) and send you two(or 3 mails if size gets too big).
Then I'm going to ask you to repack it as a .zip !?

I didn´t get it till now .I check my mailbox in an hour again.I post it here , if it arrives .
How do you spilt .zip´s up ? Using Accusplit ? Wouldn´t be a problem for me to rebuild that and repack it to one .zip.
It's rar files I use WinRAR for it and it functions

I haven´t tried it with WinRar.Mostly I use Winzip.With Accusplit it´s easy to split zipfiles.

If I didn´t got your file then (I post it here) , split the file with accusplit in 3 pieces and attach every piece in an own mail .
