well, its been a while since i posted here, so i better keep you guys updated ^_^;. well at the moment, the whole model now has textures, but i did run into an issue with making a shader with transparent parts...for instance, the light armor version doesnt have the bottom thy pads nor the bottom arm pads so they show up as transparent. no biggie, thats what i wanted but here comes the issue: when i made the shader so that the gold trim would shine, the model now doesnt want to render the shadow of the body...well more or less UT doesnt want to render the shadow. so im tring to figure out if this is a bug with UT or that i did something wrong x_x;. did you guys run into anything like this when working with transparent shaders?
