hello everyone 
I'm building a rig based around Far-Cry (and Unreal Tournament 2004), and i have some questions:
Should i get an AMD Athlon XP 3000+, or something from the the Athlon FX series? keep in mind the FX series is like $700, so is it really worth that much more?
Based on the market today, how long do you think the Geforce 6800 Ultra becomes "Old Technology" (I.E. It is no longer supported by games). With this system im shooting for a low cost and a rig that will keep my playing new games for 3-4 years.
also, can you tell me what you think of this computer? keep in mind im trying to stay below 800 for now. I like it a lot, but the graphics card, from what i hear, is crap
