Hello, I am trying to import a model into UT2004. I get strange effects whenever the model looks left or right (causing the model's torso to to twist). The torso seems to twist on the wrong axis. Instead of her legs rotating to left or right, her legs fly up in the air to the left or right of her. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Yeah, that is actually the tutorial used when making the model. Still cannot figure out why this is happening.

hmm, did you make a custom skeleton and rig the model to that? The native (c++) torso rotation code expects the spine joint axes to be oriented in a very specific direction (x pointed up iirc). If your model's spine joints are oriented differently that would be the problem.
