matrix mutator like low gravity....???

I love playin online on a WAC server which has a matrix mod with it but not THE matrix mod.... all it does is allow you to crouch and jump which makes you jump high and then stops you......... then u go even further and you can double jump...... if ne one knows where i could download this mod to play in my real game offline plz tell me! I cant find it......... i dont want the bullet time mod....... also where do .umod files go......?

Just right click and "save as".

umod files: double click -> and follow the on screen instructions -> path to your ut dir, install etc...
