Well not really... but I'm curious what maps have secret areas or tricks.

I don't want to know where they are specifically but just the map name would be cool... and since I know the Novemeber secret will appear is there a TCD for blatant newbie baiting?

Anyways here's a few maps that I know of with special areas:
CTF-Midtown
DM - Curse][
DM - KGalleon
DM - Phobos
DM - Turbine
DM - Zeto

Sorry if I can't be very precise or don't have screenshots now. But I can give you some rough guidlines.

DM-Curse ][:

On this upper walkway thingy, on the other side where the RL is, you can just walk through the wall to reach the shieldbelt

DM-Zeto:

Check the shock rifle area. You can walk into one of the lights on the wall (kinda opposite side of the shock) to open a secret door in that room. Behind is the shieldbelt.

DM-Turbine:

Ground level. There is a wall seperated by pillars in 3 segments. If you shoot at the middle part, it will open the all. Behind: the belt again

DM-KGalleon:

On the mast with the crowsnest (last one, seen fron the front) you will see a torch. Shoot it and a lift comes down. Take it up to reach the redeemer.

GO here...

Go to: http://www.gameguides.com and download the free UT Player's guide. It has all the secret areas of all the standard UT maps (a few are on your list) detailed within.

Or just do what I do... play Team DM and follow your team mates around, especially the ones that seem to always have the shield belt, redeemer, etc. They usually will lead you to the secret in question. That's how I found something like 95% of all the secrets I know about.

I wasn't looking for the actual locations(I found the secrets on the above maps on my own already). I was just wondering what other maps have these types of secrets since it's fun finding them... expecially when it involves a map you think you know really well...

Curse is a very cool level:
The hidden damage amp(shoot a certain wall in a very popular area and go on a rampage).
There's a fake wall near the sniper rifle as well.
Almost makes me wonder if there's a big keg of health on that level too...

Okay, now I'm curious. I don't know of any secrets in Conveyor. The power ups are sorta out of the way and there are a few tricky camper spots; but, a genuine secret like a hidden wall or door?

Also curious about the bug in Hyperblast.

I'm no newbie (please don't look at my world stats. Hehe) and I'm willing to believe that there are things that I've missed; but, I'd like to know about those two.

Ok, Explain these, I play these maps all the time, Especially face and LG, I know every nook and cranny, what Architecture secrets?

And that thing about november, I hope your not trying to drown more n00bs looking for it, cause I have looked and I don't see it, mind telling em where it is? or at least which base?

There is no Redeemer on November. That joke grew old long, long, long, long time ago. Show a little respect to the best CTF map out there.

CTF-Deck16]|[ has a hidden room. I couldn't believe it when I read it. But it is really there ! Pretty funny.

DM-Codex: I suppose you are talking about CliffyB's room.

DM-Conveyor: now you got me curious .....

BTW, DM-Zeto also has a big keg o' health.
I also like the hidden Amp on DM-Meldrak][ (which is one of the best custom DM maps, IMHO).
And there is a hidden Amp room on CTF-McSwarztly (well known, I guess) and hidden rooms with thighpads (less well known).

There's an invisibility in codex, turbine and healpod hidden away nicely.

Conveyor has a skybox that can be reached... I think.

Pressure has a hidden sniping area. There's also a keg that people have thought not possible to get to.

Corret has a bug exploit / hidden area.

Face has a hidden sniping area.

Hydro has semi-hidden shield. I never knew about it till I watched a clan demo. *slaps head*.

Liandri has a hidden amp - who looks behind them.. seriously.

Zeto has a keg and shield.

Curse has a hidden amp and a hidden ammo room, plus a hidden ledge containing rocket ammo... and a hidden shield room.

Stalwart XL has a hidden ammo room.

McSwatzley has a hidden Thighpad room, and semi-hidden keg room.

Command has hidden ledge for shield. Hard to spot - but not really secret. I only just found that myself. Too many powerup whore who get in game before me. :p

Phobos - hidden invis. room. Redeemer, shield amp - not exaclty hidden - but unless you get there first - you'll never know about them. The lift to sniper point seems to not be recognisable to most.

Deck 16, I think they said specifically deck16III. There's no secret room on the normal Deck 16.

The secret on Conveyor is not a secret but an architectual bug much like the skyboxes you can get to on November and Tempest.

The following CTF maps all have architectual bugs as well, on the blue sides only tho.

Hydro16, Terra, Corret, Command, Nucleus.

Orbital has several LARGE architectual bugs, but fortunately they're hard to get at. Face has some small ones that aren't THAT useful. As does Lava Giant. CTF-High has a major one with the death zone.

Most CTF maps have some small bug or another. Mainly because they make one side of the map and then copy it to make the other side. I think the editor must still have some bugs in this aspect.

Could you explain the Glass shattering thing a little please?

The room with the snot gun has a ceiling with glass windows... you can shoot the glass, and get up on to a little outside area... I have no idea how to do it without the translocator tho... I can't live without my little teleportation thingamajig, so I pretty much only play DM with xloc enabled... :)

Okay. No secret in Conveyor. You're talking about the area above the skylight. That's the same as on many maps. Tempest has the same type of area where you go above the map. Codex has a couple as well. As does Arcane Temple..... Those aren't really secrets though. Phobos has the window ledge that you can jump to; but, not get away from. (Outside of window by ripper.) Liandri has some high spots in the core; but, the amp is in plain sight.

The keg in Pressure? Everyone knows how to get that: It has a walkway that leads to it and campers love to sit above the pool at the exit. It also has more ledges, lights and camp spots than I'd care to count. (Above the flak can be a pain. Actually some people don't know about the flak ledge)

You didn't mention the sniper tunnels in Healpod.
