Oh, good news! Linux users theoretically could play the new Infiltration, because the new Codega plays half-life 2 perfectly, i know, because I use it, and I play it online!

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
There is no hacks for infiltration whatsoever, But if it moves onto HL2 there will be many hackers that will kill the game.
So, how would someone use hacks on someone elses server without being asked to "GTFO". And why?
I don't play online much. Quirky connection. I LAN though, and have NEVER seen anyone cheat in Infil., unlike other FPS's.

Don't wanne re-iterate everything but cheating is possible, there have been proofen cheaters, that's why we run anticheat and recently quite some more admins join. Unfortunately its not as simple as saying "GTFO" 
Nuke is right. There are cheats and hacks that works like a charm for Infiltration, including aimbots (and no, I won't tell you what they are called). And yes, there have been proven and even admitted cases of cheating and I'm sure we haven't seen the last of them. That was the main reason why I took the initiative to establish the first private forum for server admins several years ago. The forums have died and risen again more than once since then and the forum is still alive, even though they have their slow periodes.
Things improved with the release of 2.9, but no matter what you do, there will always be leet kiddies who will try to cheat, some will even succeed, mostly because they think it makes them look cool. And because it gives them an excuse to yell "OMGWTFHEADS0000TLOLOLOLZ!!!11".
I have yet to experience a cheat free online game. Infiltration is no exception. Aimbots and other hacks will always an issue as long as they can give people an advantage, no matter how stupid, pointless or irrelevant the advantage may be.

no more Infilration for Mac, no more Infilration for me....
It's to bad that the Infiltration developers have decided to turn their back on the Mac community, (not that they ever really supported it anyways). After all we helped contribute to make INF the community that it is (was?). On the flip side the dev group doesn't really seem all that interested in creating timely updates, how long did we wait for 2.9? Does anyone think that they will actually deliver on another update, how long has it already been since the 2.9 update? Based on the turn around on the last update we could be waiting a little while....
If you're a Mac user on OSX try the Red Orchestra mod for UT2k4. It has a INF feel to it, awesome graphics and vehicles (multi person tank crews, half tracks. etc.). It also has a dev group that is actually interested in creating updates. In addition there are already a lot of Infiltration player on RO, so come on over, try it out....

As for 'RO'...no thanks. I'm tired of the 'Fog2k4' engine. Thanks though...
