No , you can attach a pic to a reply , but that´s a thumbnail of the pic.
I´m not sure , if there is a way to get a full pic in a reply without some webspace.

You can post a thread like "Killing Fields Weekend DM-Info" or something like that .
Post all your infos there IP , custom maps , mutators .... time the battle begins and so on .

We decide who becomes moderator at the SkinCity-Board and I´m really happy with Klasnic and his fantastic work here .
There is no chance to get moderatorstatus after a week of posting here.

No , there is no limit about moderators , but we decide if we need more.

but if you do ever need more, im open and i have controlled my own things very well in the past, and i wouldnt abuse my moderater powers either... but of course this is just an if you do need more moderators.
