Login problem.

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

I forgot my password for the site, but when I try to get it back, it tells me my username is invalid. It's the same as I use on these forums, including the spaces, but I'm getting an error saying I can't use it that way.

Is there a way I can get my password back without having to re-register?

Chances are that your username for this forum is not the same as the username for NC3. Your nickname on the site can be "The Purple Bunny", but your username is all lowercase, no spaces.
