It's not that I am too lazy to bring some drinks but with all that stuff (PC's, Displays, Sleepingbags etc.) we simply don't have that much room left in our cars that's why I am counting on you (Boost/CoolDude) to take care of that (so we have at least some stuff to drink at friday night ... maybe somebody volunteers to get up early on saturday to do the rest of the shopping then) ... and of course we'll pay you back (it's not about the money) :)

So what's needed ?

- Beer (I trust CoolDude's taste here ... don't let me down m8)
- SoftDrinks (Coke/Water)
- Coffee and Milk (or is that part of the breakfast ?) :D

And could you explain the area around the party house...any supermarkets, pubs or anything? Its not an old masion in the middle of nowhere full of traps, ghosts and madmen with chainsaws is it !!

Depending on what you like for lunch, we can either order in or have a sandwhich. It will be ordering in or going into town to eat something in the evening. :nag:

How did you guess so right, middle of nowhere, didn`t see the ghost yet, who knows. :D

Supermarkets are walking distance but I must say a biiiiiiiiiiig distance, but there will be enough people with cars. ;)

If you read the JELP page you will see that you do not need to bring a cup, however those cookies you always braging about, I would love to taste them. :biggrin2:

Seeing that everybody has a long drive getting there, and I love to organise things, I just want to make it as easy as possible for everyone.

We have 3 cars we can use on the friday so we have enough space to get everything that is needed. Bathory is lending us a hand on the friday. If everything is already there, nobody needs to do shopping on saturday (but they welcome to go and walk around in town and just enjoy their stay). :2thumb:

Well, ok, at least there'll be some people on the lockdown. I was so upset about missing 2 lockdowns and a parole cos of my vacation, so much so that I decided to have my own. I customised all of the bots to the names and skins that you regulars all use and played UTJB for a few hours, on godlike difficulty of course. It was fun, but obviously the real thing is better.

Heh TB
Why just skillful? Aint that a bit easy? And anyway TB there's no need to worry about your stats - everyone was set to the best possible stats just to make it fair. I couldnt have you with high stats and someone like Sexmachine with almost no skill at all.... [/provoke]

Also, thinking a long way ahead into next year, can someone organise a JB UK LAN party, cos then I'd be able to go (cos I should have passed my driving test by then!), and I know you'd all love to meet the real me.......

lol @ NZ JB LAN party. If you pay for the flights, fine by me :D

I just think that since there are loads of regular JB players in UK and loads near easy access to the UK (those near Channel) that it would be nice to have a proper good old English Unreal Tournament Jailbreak rif-raf over a good old pot of Earl Grey tea and a scone with jam and cream on silver plates around a nice 17th centuary Southern England country house fireplace. [/posh English voice]

Anyway... if someone organised one i would do my best to get to it.

Lol, you lot are gonna have so much fun i bet. Enjoy it :D

Thanks for the links, Mulch.
Now I got my local ngStats working (I never really looked into that though).
All I needed was this file. Just install the umod and run ngStats.exe to process all your old logs. Mine went back two years ago!!!

I don't know about local stats for the LAN, because Sexmachine is going to provide the server.
It seems Dalton also was interested in the log-files.
How about it Sex?

I have never been interested that much into local logging but it is working on my LAN server (so enabling it shouldn't be a problem) ... there is however no real Jailbreak scoring (capture/release points) available and the games get tracked as standard deathmatch ... but it is still funny to see who committed how many suicides with which weapons ;)

Some more news about us germans joining: If "worst case" happens we'll travel with 3 cars as we may be 9 people (Tiefflieger & BeaBomber, Sexmachine & Angie, Sonnentau & Lenor, Grobi, DarthCampi and Stephan) ... let's wait and see.
