JB map pack #2?

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. We should make a UMOD package. Who knows how to do that?

  • JB-Relic (ZedMaestro) (utjb remake) thread
  • JB-ScorchedEarth (Rob) (conversion) thread
  • JB-SpaceLego (4WD) (conversion) thread

For this to go ahead, I am waiting on:
Atlantis: needs fixes
Chrome: needs fixes
Crusher: new version being worked on

Albeit not all of these maps are finish, but I think all the ones that aren't are pretty much ready to be released with just a small few fixes. No idea of the state of Solide as it seems to of disapeared unless we can find someone with it on their harddrive.

- ps. Don't think I missed any near complete maps.....

Egypt is sat on my harddrive waiting to see if its gonna get an online beta, if not I can just release it....

How long we going to wait before releasing these as mappacks.
The longer we wait the more maps that we will want to add to them.
I think the Conversions pack, "Bonus Pack 2: Prisoner Transfer", should be released asap.
Hopefully a mention on the BeyondUnreal homepage will generate a nice bit of interest for the mod and get more people involved.

Yeah, good point.
There's always be ONE more map we could put in that JUST needs a few weeks for the mapper to work on it...

So let's set a deadline -- we say that on date X, I take the maps that are ready & make the pack, and that's it.

Any suggestions for a date?

That's the movie. This is the mappack ... :confused:

There's a good chance BU will post news about the pack when it's released. We have to release it first though.

Suggestions for a deadline for maps please, instead of correcting my grammar?

I'd rather keep it separate to the map pack.
It's *technically* a map, but maps are things you play. :)

Don't worry, I'll give it a massive post all of its own when you release it :) You'll get plenty of p1mpage on the PJB page :lol:
