Sounds like your old one was .35 ghz and your new one is 3.6 ghz+, which is more than 10X as fast if my math is correct.

It’s actually probably even faster than the numbers suggest because the hard drives are faster, more cache, BUS speed, RAM speed and DDR stuff.
