Eh, isn't that mut for UT2003? Afaik muts from 2K3 generally don't work in 2K4, due to some engine changes or whatever.

The changes aren't significant enough to always break UT2003 mutators in UT2004. In fact, I even managed to compile a really simple mutator in UT1 and it still worked correctly in UT2004.
