If UT2007 leaked...

In it's current form, which last I heard was 15% done (E3)...

Epic is going to be demoing UT2007 at a show in mid August (I can't find the news where I saw that ). I imagine it'll be like one or two levels, at most, all polished and pretty like in E3.

So, what if it leaked at the conference?

I doubt it'll leak any time soon. I didn't try the Unreal2 leak or the UT2003 leak, so I probably won't try this one either.

As for what conference, it'll probably be GDC Europe in London (Aug 30 - Sep 01).

Yeah, I would too. I can't buy it, so It's not really monetarily stealing. I wouldn't distribute it, and I wouldn't blab about it, and since I can't stop other from distributing it...

I also won't let it tarnish my opinion of the game, since it would be buggy, and incomplete.

You'd best re-think those words if it does leak as it IS classed as stealing. Remember when HL2 leaked? Some of the guys who got it got sued
