The game's pretty, that's for sure. Maybe not as pretty as the released screenshots, but it does run smoothly even on the default high settings. That is, until the game plops you with umm... 50 or so units, but even then it's still playable.
Other than that, it's AoE3. It's got a very distinct "this is a sequel" feel. In other words, if you absolutely loathe AoE2 or rts's, then there's not enough here to get you excited. But otherwise, it mucks around enough with the formula (rather than streamlining it) so it's good, fresh fun with genuine improvements all around. Less micromanagement, better **** blowing up, yay!
And bobtheking, start seeding torrents. Now. The internets will thank you.
