Halo Weapons Mod

Is there any sort of Halo weapons mod out there? If not, why hasn't somebody made one? I checked on google but the best I found were just some dumb Halo skins from Project Torlan.

Project Torlan had some weapons too. Not just "dumb skins".
If I remember correctly there were also vehicles. Banshees, Ghosts and Warthogs at least. I can't remember if there were others.

The only weapons available in Project Torlan are the pistol, assault rifle (which can be dual-weldable), and the plasma rifle. I wouldn't say just dumb skins; the mod contains lots of models (from marines, to Covenants, and even Floods), couple of music, and some maps.

xMurphyx, the other vehicle in Project Torlan is the Scorpion, the tank.

Alright, to be honest, what I was really looking for was a mod that had this: gravity hammer , energy sword, sniper rifle, all detachable mounted weapons, and maybe the spartan laza. Anything else or any of the other weps would be awesome too like a shield and grenades. If any of you guys have heard of such an awesome mod besides torlan to include any or all of that and post any info on it then you will get:

Actually, four now (Battle Rifle, SMG, Assault Rifle, and the M6C Pistol) that I modeled and skinned from scratch. Maybe 5 if you count the CAWS90 shotgun remake I included.
