Got laid off ...

Well I got laid off from my job today around 3PM. I'm all depressed now. I got rent to pay along with bills so now I'm stuck in a hole. Alteast I'm still on the companies payroll for three more weeks gives me a little time to find another job ... I worked for a home builder which is having some major cash flow problems. So about 2/3 of the company was laid off over these past 2 months. Unfortunatly it was me today. I worked for them for 2 years. BTW the company is called Kara Homes. Oh well atleast I got a vacation out of the deal. Then they tell me right after they told me they have to let me go that I can still work the rest of the day. Who the hell would take that offer lol?! Well out with the old in with the new. Hopefully I will find a better job ...

Urgh. Happened to me four times in the last year and a half (contract work just isn't that reliable ), so I know the depression you're talking about. Chin up, something will come along. They say everything happens for a reason, and so far they've been right.
