Once Gears of War 2 comes out, if you just can't get enough of the music, you'll be happy to know that there will be a soundtrack.

Gears of War 2 The Soundtrack features a new original music score composed by Hollywood composer Steve Jablonsky ("Transformers", "The Island", "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre") and recorded with the Skywalker Symphonic Orchestra and Chorus at the world famous Skywalker Sound.

The Gears of War 2 Soundtrack should be stomping a curb near you November 25th.

I listened to 3 tracks on youtube so far, man it rocks! It sound much more professional, quite Epic to say the least!

Gears of War for the PC is one of the very best games made (only if there wasn't that stuttering issue), the OST also really DID pump up the whole game + the Locust theme rocks

No, Riepl was probably engaged only for the first projet. Now it is Steve Jablonsky*, it is really good, it's not a bad move.
