FragBU - This weekend.

I'm not posting all the crap, but I'm trying to get a few guys from the greed server to play on Friday nite, say 8pm central...

I reinstalled my OS about a week ago so I'll have to download the game again.

If I manage to get that done by the weekend, I'm in.

Any idea on extra stuff that may be used to vote on the server? I'm guessing some CBP maps...

Going to be busy this weekend (I might be able to drop in for a little bit Friday/Sunday night?), but someone should make an event in the BU Steam group for when they want this to start. Those notifications are nice.

I'm still bouncing around in the UT2004/UT2003 world, but I might venture out for UT3.

Still can't do Fridays (or most days), but hopefully when I'm in the new pad in a few weeks, I'll be back in FragBU (complaining about the ridiculous lag).

We had the HOLP maps on before but everyone left whenever they came up because nobody would play them seriously.

I don't have UT3 installed atm so the only other person who can do it is Bruzz. But like he said, it killed the server when those maps were voted in for two reasons, one was we didn't have redirect and the other is CLOWNage.

I like the HOLP maps, best game I played on FragBU was a HOLP Warfare map.

What?! Who left when the HOLP maps came up? Not anyone here. What about the CBP maps.......did people leave when those came up too? I can see maybe some other custom maps that people don't have or don't want to wait to DL, but you gotta have the CBP and HOLP maps at least as extra maps if you have UT3 installed.

I don't care if we add them back, I'm just saying that most of the people who used to come to FragBU would leave because nobody would take playing those maps seriously at all. They turned into 20 minutes of goofing around and intentionally not capturing the flag.

Me too! I just realized Game 7 of the Lightning-Bruins is tonight, so not sure if I'll make FragBU but I'll try really hard to be on for at least a little while.
