I tried connecting to both the IP you wrote above and the one in the server image [195.234.110.170:7777] and both went nowhere.
Also, the status of the server is 'dead' according to it's GameTracker info page.

I took it down for some time around 2 hours ago - webadmin was acting weird and was not saving set mutators for gametypes. Had to edit the ini.

EDIT: Aye, and the damn thing silently crashed. Restarted the server.
