I'm definetely into this now...again...notice my signup date!...I want to know everything !

I managed to link up a wire with the claymore and the knife (says "you have
x wires left).

I can't see the wire, and I can't seem to get an attach point for it as it
says in the manual...I can hear the enemy getting near and I'm fiddling
around with this damn wire...any ideas ?

Claymore in short:

Part A:
0) drop the claymore (orientation matters, of course)

Part B1 (safer way):
1) select the knife
2) crouch over the claymore and "alt-fire" to attach a wire to the claymore
3) move the a wall or object in line of sight of the claymore
4) attach the wire to the surface (facing where you want to attach it, close to the surface) using "alt-fire" again.
5) when done, press fire to stop attaching wires.
6) go close to the claymore, making sure not to trip the wire, and arm it (hold grap until armed... see countdown).

Part B2 (rambo's way):
1) arm the claymore by getting over it and holding the grab key.
2) select the knife
3) crouch over the claymore and "alt-fire" to attach a wire to the claymore
4) move the a wall or object in line of sight of the claymore
6) attach the wire to the surface (facing where you want to attach it, close to the surface) using "alt-fire" again.
7) when done, press fire to stop attaching wires. Mare sure not to trip your wire by accident!

Note 1: You can attach multiple claymores together. If one explode, all will explode at the same time.

Note 2: you can attach multiple wires to the same claymore. Doing so, if the claymore is armed, is very much like commiting suicide. no further comment.

I don't use claymores anymore, I'm so clumsy it either ends up by
a) me getting blown up by my own clay
b) me being shot in the back while I'm still attaching wires :p

Situation a) tends to happen with hand grenades too...
