Do you know a reason why they supposedly make insane ammounts of beasty pr0n in Germany? Sure, bestiality is legal here but that goes for other countrys too and I think it would make more sense to produce the stuff in a country where you can also sell it (distribution of beastiality porn is illegal here... another one of those nonsense laws) and I don't think the wages here are low enough to make Germany a great location for creating it.

Yes, obviously sex between two consenting people of the same gender isn't as bad as taking a person against their will. Unlike what you two seem to think, I'm not trying to equate the two at all. The acts that result from the different sexual dispositions of zoophilia and pedophilia are different to no small degree, and it would be foolish to argue that they are both as bad as one another.

What I'm talking about is the inability of EVERYONE to pick whom, how, or what they will be attracted to in life. Is it a gay man's fault that he is only sexually stimulated by other men? I don't think so. Is it a rapists' fault that he only gets sexual stimulation when his partner is trying to resist him? I don't think so. I think in time everyone will accept this.

Actually no. The sex toys laws aren't more than 100 years old. I think it was Georgia (I could be wrong) that just had a bill in their legislature to ban "genital mutilation" for females. This means no piercings. I don't know if that one passed.

You'll find that most, if not all of these laws started off as suggestions by idiot representatives who wanted to brag about upholding values come election time. The amount of time wasted by representatives and senators putting forward bills that are so far outside the realm of plausbility just so they can say they made an effort when election time comes along is ludicrous.

There should be a law against wasting peoples' time and money like that.

That could very well be the case Jaunty, notice in my post I said "most" of the laws, not all. I do however totally agree that there should be a law against wasting taxpayers money, but thats more a result of the way our legal system has been set up to work, slow and often @ssbackwards, and very likely ridiculously.
I'm pretty sure they shot that law down in that Southern state concerning the 'genital mutliation', thats more of a bias against those types of businesses{tattoo studios/body piercing establishments}, probably due to some congressmans daughter getting her junk pierced at a party and not a place of business, all while underage
basically, it is unconstitutional for any government agency to dictate what you immediately do to yourself {IMHO}.

Lets not forget that the predominantly Baptist Bible thumping goes on south of the Mason/Dixon line over here too, so its not suprising to me they tried some crap like that down there. They are somewhat slower to catch up with us morally uninhibited, genitally pierced, tattooed Northern folks

What I was asking is, is it the rapist's fault that he is turned on by that sort of thing? If your answer to THAT is "yes", then you're a fool.
