There are ways to recruit, and this guy was just being a jerk.

Instead of "Hi there, I have a new clan looking for members, We like to play CTF, and Assault. We are looking for good players, so serious inquiries only. Please email or ICQ me at....."

If he would have done something like that, nobody would jump on his case.

Marketing People, Marketing.... If you want serious players, you must entice them... Not piss em off!!
