Does anyone know of any reputable UT2004 servers that can provide hosting?

I'm looking for a UT2004 server that can be possibly scheduled/passworded for a group of us, with a mapvote mod preferably. I see there aren't a ton of servers anymore, though there are more than I expected. We have a couple of Euros who are interested, but we're mostly on the East Coast.

My main question otherwise is: can a mapvote mod change the gametype?

I made a thread over in the UT99 section about my steam group for UT99 and UT2004, check it out. I do have a schedule but pretty soon if I can figure it out, I'm gonna try to host both UT99 and UT2004 24/7 so that everyone gets a shot at playing.
