I say go light tone and forget those harsh colors. And the orange one reminds me of ubuntu human theme, which is win in my book.

Don't. I spent several hours trying to desparately "fix" someone else's monitor by waving a magnet in front of it. If only I'd have know that it would eventually go back to its normal state.

2K is the best Windows OS they've managed to churn out so far (which is really like saying it's the best smelling pile of sh*t on the floor ) and I've got something like an Athlon XP2400 (1.9 gigahertz) clocked at 1.5 because it has power supply issues or something (they tend to blow up every now and again, I've replaced three on this thing in its lifetime), with a GeForce FX5200 vid card and 512 megs of ram. It's going to be seven years old in September. Yeah, I don't upgrade or get new computers often.

The only additional menu bar i can see is the google toolbar the others look standard FF google search (moved to the top), FF bookmarks and the address bar.


Nemephosis: im surprised you havent gone over to linux as there is a huge canadian ubuntu community but i guess that really depends on what you do with your w2k system.

wow look at all those stupid thread tags lol, some fanatics are clearly angry. Nothing wrong with using Win2000, it's just like XP without the annoyances anyhow.

I also use a simple not-pretty color scheme, heck I even use a font I created

Yeah, sadly that happens on a regular basis around here. I keep asking for the ability to edit tags, and they keep ignoring me. Guess they'd rather have that in every thread or something.

The problem with custom color schemes in windows is that they don't work well because a lot of things are not changeable. Even the pre-installed schemes suck compared to the default even if they are mostly legible.
