such a great opening line :)

I've been really digging this track from Avey Tare's Slasher Flicks.

I really like the Animal Collective and that also extends to the members' solo projects but for every great record they put out they also put out a completely unlistenable experimental record. This album as a whole(as you already selected the easiest song to get into) is once more too experimental, so I am looking to the next slasher flicks record 'cos it ought to be great ;)

Never heard of Avey Tare, or Animal Collective for that matter, but I've been listening to that song and lovin' it. There's something mesmerizing about it.

Heard this on the radio the other day. Absolute killer riff, great lyrics:

Speaking of killer riff:

Could it be that Metallica's St. Anger is just a rip-off of Testament's "Perilous Nation"?

The weather around here has been in the in the lower 20sC here lately. That always puts me in the mood for the band The Sea And Cake.

Getting down this Saturday morning with some blissful cocaine fueled music by Lindsey Buckingham and Mick Fleetwood. I imagine this is what the combination of a mountain of cash, a mountain of cocaine, and summertime sounded like in 1981.
