Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. AH, what do you use to do those wonderful terrains. From cracking alot of your maps I suspect you use the terrain brush from time to time. But then again I see how quick you are and the terrain brush seems terribly slow. Still I've seen some of your terrains that look just like a terrain brush (in fact had to be). But your latest map RealAssualt.unr looks to be maybe a terrain brush that was intersected into or something as some of the verticies are missing. So what's the deal? Maxx or UED terrain brush?
I'm a sucker for simplicity. All my terrains are made in Terra edit
they are a bit blocky but Ued2 can mostly handel them. I hate complicated things.

Hey, to the people from countries where the Swatsika is illegal, what exactly would happen to you if you were caught playing that map with the Swatsika? Would you go to jail??
For example: If I buy Return to Castle Wolfenstein in US and go back to Austria I could probably aressted for 3 years, but not everyone is arested so long, the most people have to pay
the "thing" with our history is a big issue here in germany!
the laws are very strict! you have to remind they were made directly after the end of the war and have been supervised by the allies...
i heard of VERY hard punishments in the case of RTCW US. the hardest one is about 3 hears of jail....
i own it anyway!
they would have a lot of work checking every PC in germany! and they would need MUCH more prissons! harhar

i would prefer to see your future maps without the "nazi-symbols", despite they're history. this is not because my own opinion but because we're running the maps on our german inf server, one of the best in europe. so sometimes there came up such themes like "all germans are NAZIs!" when such maps are running! such incidents are very rare, but they happen!

thats one of the reasons why the developers of Day of Defeat for Hl removed any swastikas for their upcoming version beta 2.0. This mod was not allowed here in germany.Although they couldnt keep you from playing it, there were none germany based servers available.....

I personaly dident know about that law until you guys posted here.
I wont say Im 100% comfortable with the Natzi flag in a game map. especially from here, where we got an ugly history involving U-boats in particular.
But I'll never object to angelhearts use, since its a historically based map trying to set the rite atmosphere.

I'd say: let Angelheart use the NAZI symbols. He just makes some maps. There are entire games out there filled with NAZI signs that get sold and played. I never had the the feeling while I played RealAssault that in any way NAZI ideas are portayed. It's just the historical setting of a war.

i really feel that a lot of these laws are extreme to say the least, three years jail for having a computer game with a flag in it? in my humble opinion, laws like that should be relaxed, i could understand if you were starting a socialist party but going to jail for playing a game that has a swaztika in it? to me it seems insane.
I think world war II was one of the lowest points in human evolution, but thats just my opinion and I think we should remember the past not live in it. when it comes down to it a game is just a game.
Anyway back to the subject...... Admitedly when there is such a good mapper as AH mapping for it then it becomes a very very very addictive game, good work man, tis looking amazing as per usual
