i have 2 video clips, one starts right where the other left off. if it were to be combined, there would be no seam.

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. Look around for a "joiner"
Most programs like this are fairly bad and combersome to learn and use.
Grab as many of them as you can before starting. Eventually you will find one that does what you want with out reencoding.
