The entire point of that class is to induce whining on any given server, and so far it has proven to be a real winner.
Why is it that this game has such a huge number of ****ty servers with really annoying rules and players? "OMG NO JUMPING, NO NOOB TUBE, NO MARTYRDOM"
Also all the idiotic rules of "no bad words" and stuff like that. I mean it's a game the glorifies violence in a semi realistic fashion and I got banned from a server for aliasing as "IHaveToPoop". 
Last night, we found a server that seemed pretty cool. The only server rule was "No crying" and it seemed decent enough. Then some dude shows up and starts hacking because it's a non PB server. It was a blatant hack, hell it even announced itself "LOL U GOT HEADSHOT BY MULTIHACK v2.0!" in bright colors. It also did that annoying **** where it changes the player's name to random names of people already on the server over and over to make it harder to kick them. It was pretty dumb and eventually they left. Then some other dude is blatantly aim/trigger botting, and we were suspecting one of the guys was using a no-recoil hack. Eventually I said, "This server would be great if you'd enable Punkbuster, as much as I hate to say it." Then the admin (suspected no-recoil hack guy) says "Then half the people who play here wouldn't be able to have fun." I replied "By have fun do you mean hacking?" His reply:

What?! So basically this server (New York Massacre) condones hacking and the server admins themselves use hacks (poorly, I was whooping their asses). So we basically told them where to stick it and right before I logged out the guy says: "Food 4 thought: its usually the hacker who cries HACK." Wow... or it could be the fact that you just said you were hacking and that it's okay to hack on your server.
There's only a couple of servers I actually play on regularly. I've been banned from like 3 servers in the past week for basically being a dick and not wanting to deal with idiot admins or players bitching about a video game. Usually I get kicked for making fun of admins or players crying about OTHER PEOPLE using the noob tube, not even me. I don't see what the big deal is with that. You don't really get that many kills with it, it just has this quality that irritates people for some reason. Same with jumping. Who the f cares? Ugh.
