Scion was (almost) their own company all the way through, located right next to them so the merger wasn't that big deal.

That was one game you really should have NOT payed any attention to the reviews. AR was IMO a great game with an interesting story as well. Got some bad press for an over hyped and poorly implemented (by the MS xbox team) promo game within the game. It had no more bugs than any other game. None of them were killers. If you can find it get it (for XBox or PC).from what i've seen of Advent Rising i thought it looked kinda interesting but i never got it because of quite a few pretty bad ratings
