I just bought UT3 off steam yesterday and it came with everything updated (2.1 patch / TITAN pack). For some reason it won't let me connect to any server, I just get the "connecting.." message and nothing happens for as long as i leave it. Not to mention the server browser is only displaying euro servers, luckily someone made that mirc server add-on which solved that problem. Anyone have any advice?

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
The server browser doesn't limit you to local servers. I would recommend double checking your filters.

I might just take xear0's advice and start playing quakelive, this game looks dead.. I took a few years off gaming and jumped the gun thinking it would have a thriving 1v1 community just like UT did for all of those years, guess not.
Indeed, I assumed you were in Europe somewhere. The rest of your problems I just ignored since I don't have any advice for them.
