...and that's what i think....
Fact is, as long as there's no incentive that urges a player achieve certain mission (e.g. rescue a hostage/bomb a target) to get his ass in harms way, there's absolutely no reason to get out of your camp spot.
Campers will be around as long as gameplay is restricted to teamdeathmatch.
If enhanced assault is introduced in 2.86 then the teams will have to:
a: Destroy certain targets.
b: Defend certain assets
In this case the defending teams best strategy is to dig in (read:camp) a normal strategy. This offcourse to the frustrations of the attacking team.
in real the situation is simmilar. If u plan a attack, and the enemy knows u are comming. they dig in and await u. The defenders always have the edge. If a company of infantry is well dig in on a hill or mountain, u need a batalion of infantry to kick em off. (the normal procedure is to call an airstrike, but that's not an option in inf
How can a balanced game be achieved then? I think the sollution is a timed reinforcement (with a team maximum of respawns) for the attacking force, and none for the defenders. Respawning reinforcement will have gained knowledge off enemy defences and adapt strategy likewise. Defenders will have to change there strategy ass well, because the enemy attacks are adepting. Campers then can make perhaps 1 or 2 kill's max. but would play a role in the outcome of the match.
